Freesia Algar is an experienced events professional currently serving as the Head of Events at data.ai since January 2023. With a diverse background, Freesia has held various roles including Director of Events at Media.Monks and Associate Director of Events at Firewood, where responsibilities included managing significant event operations. Freesia's extensive experience also includes roles at Google as Events Manager and Senior Events Manager, and community-focused positions at Poshmark. Additionally, Freesia has consulted part-time for Anthony Awning Co. since 2009 and has previous experience in event support at Jivox and Next Issue Media. Freesia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University and has further education from TBS Education.
