Star Bourbeau has been employed by Lowe's Companies, Inc. since 2012, where they have held two roles: Merchandising Service Supervisor and Product Service Supervisor. In 2020, they began working as an Operations Manager III at Disbelief.

Star Bourbeau obtained a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology & HR Emphasis from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2003. In 2022, they began attending Harvard Business School for Organizational Leadership. Star also holds a SHRM - DOO certification from SHRM.
