Michelle Alford-Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development and talent acquisition for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Senior Director of NextGen Initiatives at Disability:IN since May 2022, Michelle oversees the expansion of the organization's initiatives both domestically and internationally. Previous roles include Corporate Talent Acquisition Consultant, TAP Training Consultant, and various managerial positions at the California Department of Rehabilitation, where responsibilities involved developing recruitment strategies and enhancing employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University.
