Amy Hoyt currently serves as a Board Member for Disability:IN and has been a Senior Managing Consultant in Strategy and Consulting at Point B since January 2017. In this role, Amy leads operations and strategy development for various sectors, including federal government and healthcare, while also acting as an Owner and Management Consultant focusing on enhancing organizational ROI through strategic business insights. Previously, Amy held senior roles at Microsoft, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Booz Allen Hamilton, and The Hertz Corp, where expertise in project management, business continuity, and crisis management was demonstrated across diverse industries. Amy holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and International Business, alongside Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Business Management.
