Dr. Craig Waleed is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in counseling and education. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the Unlock the Box Campaign Against Solitary Confinement at Disability Rights North Carolina since May 2022, Dr. Waleed simultaneously holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously, Dr. Waleed worked at the State University of New York College at Brockport as an Adjunct Associate Professor, where responsibilities included guiding graduate students in understanding professional counseling dynamics through various teaching methods. Additional roles included serving as an Academic Coordinator for the C-Step/McNair program and multiple adjunct faculty positions at Monroe Community College. Dr. Waleed's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University and multiple degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Health Science from The College at Brockport.
