Andy Anderson has extensive experience in the behavioral health and disability advocacy sectors. Currently serving as an Advocate for People with Disabilities at Disability Rights North Carolina since January 2020, Andy also co-owns Percensys CORE Learning, LLC, a company focused on behavioral health service improvements. As Lead Pastor and Vice Chairman of the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Board at Father's Cup Overflow Ministries since 2005, Andy is deeply involved in community service. Previous roles include Director of Development at Community Based Care, LLC and Community Innovations, Inc., and President/CEO at Community Innovations. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University.
