JoAnne Spitale is an experienced professional in event and conference planning, currently serving as Senior Conferences Manager at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) since September 2022. JoAnne has a robust background with DMEC, having begun in December 2009 and progressing through various roles, including Director of Conferences and Conference Manager. Prior to their current position, JoAnne worked as Meetings Manager at SB Expos & Events for a brief period. JoAnne's experience spans over twelve years in management, program development, and event coordination across the educational, sports management, and nonprofit sectors. JoAnne holds a Master's degree in Sports Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, both from High Point University.
