Susan E Kittrell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in compensation, benefits, and payroll management. Currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. since October 2018, Susan oversees the administration of critical compensation and benefits programs. Previously, as the Global Head of Human Resources at Gurwitch Products LLC, Susan provided leadership for a global workforce and implemented strategic organizational changes that enhanced company performance. Additionally, Susan has held HR positions at KPRC-TV and The Finger Furniture Company / Ashley Furniture Home Stores, where responsibilities included managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Texas at Arlington.
