With extensive experience in project management and engineering, Renato has worked as a Project Manager at Direxa Engineering and as a designer at CaldLaser, focusing on 3D laser cutting and welding equipment. Earlier roles include designing manufacturing processes at Lyber-tec Ferrmantaria and overseeing procurement and project design at Technotherm Equip. Ltda. Renato began their career as a Maintenance Planner at Socer Brasil Ind. Com. Ltda. with a strong educational background that includes a Master’s in Business Engineering from UFSCar and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mecânica.
