While historically Costa del Sol was recognised as a prime destination for foreign vacation homes, the economic and geo-political turbulences made South-West Europe and Costa del Sol in particular very attractive for foreign investment, which increased with 65% in 2022. This led to a sustained capital growth in the region of 12.5%/Year and 3.2% only during Q2 2023. 

On top, Costa del Sol offers 320 days of sun per year and mild climate to enjoy the West Mediterenean Sea views.

We have exciting plans for the future, as we look mid-term to a funding round to expand into new and desirable vacation home areas like Alps Winter Resorts and Cote d'Azur.
