Dave Jenkins is currently the Senior Vice President at Directed Capital, a private equity firm specializing in acquiring special situation mortgage debt and real estate investments. Prior to their current position, Dave served as President at THE SOUTHEAST COMPANIES, a real estate development and commercial brokerage company. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
