Nadder Sahar serves as a Senior Director of Data Science at Direct Supply since April 2021, previously holding the title of Senior Manager, Technology Product Management. Concurrently, since March 2016, Nadder has been a Partner and Owner at CAREDirect, utilizing lean startup methodologies to refine product and market strategies. From May 2013 to April 2021, Nadder was the Director of Innovation at MPE, Inc., focusing on business transformation and enhancing organizational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as COO of VibeTech, Inc., where contributions spanned strategic planning and product development for a therapeutic device, and multiple roles in academic research at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and the University of Michigan, culminating in a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Early career experience includes a Design Engineer position at UOP, LLC., where expertise was applied in the petroleum industry. Nadder holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and the University of Michigan.
