Dak Relth has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. Dak started their career in 2002 as a Courier/Office Clerk at Home Service Assoc., where they were responsible for office maintenance and managing loan file archives. Dak then worked at Diversified Capital Funding as a Shipping/File Entry/CSR, handling loan file submissions and assigning files to underwriting.

In 2005, Dak joined MortgageIT as a Customer Service Representative, where they tracked loan files from underwriting to closing and averaged 50-60 monthly closed units. Dak later moved to National City Mortgage as a Production Coordinator, serving broker contacts for three outside account executives and tracking loan files through the closing process.

In 2007, Dak joined ShoreTel as a Partner Support/Global Accounts Coordinator, where they ensured smooth order processing and training for resellers and distribution partners. Dak also supported global accounts and managed operations at the national level.

From 2007 to 2012, Dak worked at Opes Advisors as a Compliance Specialist/Pipeline Management, conducting compliance audits of files before document preparation. Dak audited approximately 200 files per month and worked with sales branches to rectify any compliance issues.

At Bayview Residential Brokerage, Dak held various roles starting in 2012. Dak worked as a Shipping/Auditing Independent Contractor, uploading closed loan files and auditing them for quality and completeness. Dak then became the Correspondent Banking Division Manager, overseeing correspondent loans and managing various responsibilities such as ordering documents, wire scheduling, and warehouse line management.

Since 2017, Dak has been associated with Direct Line Global. Dak started as a Field Technician, assisting with infrastructure and low voltage cabling tasks. Dak then became a Lead Logistics Technician, responsible for material supply pools and tracking material ordering against cost forecasting. Currently, Dak holds the position of Operations & Production Manager/Innovations Lab Lead, where they prioritize work based on SLA requirements and communicates with technician leads and customers for status updates. Dak describes their role as a combination of various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the site.

Dak Relth has a background in business administration and marketing management. They attended De Anza College from 2009 to 2021, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree in Marketing Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they completed general education courses at West Valley College. In addition to their educational qualifications, Dak Relth holds a certification in OSHA 30 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
