John Poynter is an experienced insurance professional with a diverse background in underwriting and team leadership. Currently, as a Motor Regional Underwriter at RSA since May 2024, Poynter previously held the position of Senior Onsite Technical Underwriter at Direct Line Group since May 2012. Prior roles include Development Underwriter at Hiscox, Technical Underwriting Team Leader at Chaucer Syndicates Ltd, and Underwriting Senior/Manager at Capita/Hiscox Insurance.
