Gareth Purdy currently serves as the Academy Development & Training Manager at MRP, a position held since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing training and support for new employees across multiple regions, coordinating HR processes, managing production teams, and ensuring quality control. Previous roles within MRP include Academy Brand Manager and Learning and Development Specialist, focused on onboarding and training individuals in various markets, including EMEA and APAC. Prior to MRP, Gareth held positions at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Retail Advisor, at Tether Games as Lead Designer, and at SUPERVALU as Delicatessen Staff. Gareth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Game Design and Production Management from Abertay University, completing studies in 2015.
