Jessica Lee has extensive experience in the insurance and legal sectors, currently serving as Claims Section Leader at Direct Commercial Limited since August 2019 and as a Legal Advisor at Slater Gordon Solutions since January 2015. In these roles, Jessica manages a high volume caseload, assesses liability, reviews medical evidence, negotiates settlements, and ensures compliance with court directions. Previous positions include Fee Earner at Saffron Insurance and Senior Technical Claims Handler at multiple firms, where responsibilities included processing claims, determining validity, and advising policyholders. Jessica's career began at QBE Insurance, where initial experience was gained in handling personal injury claims. Education was completed at Great Baddow High School.
