Adrià Morales Fresquet is a civil engineer with extensive experience in road and civil engineering projects. Currently serving as an engineer at the Diputació de Tarragona since January 2022, Adrià previously worked at the Diputació de Girona, focusing on roadway project planning and execution. Prior roles include Jefe de obra and other management positions at Sorigué, where responsibilities encompassed project management and production oversight. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and research experience at the University of California Irvine. Supplementing technical expertise, Adrià has completed internships that span various aspects of civil engineering and project management.
