Niambi Sharperson has a work experience in various roles and companies. Niambi started their career in 2007 as a Culinary Service Supervisor at Six Flags, where they worked until 2015. Later, in 2015, they joined Sodexo Sports & Leisure as a Retail Manager, and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Dippin' Dots, LLC, first as a Regional Manager, and then as the Director of Sales-East Division from January 2022.

Niambi Sharperson attended Mary Baldwin University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
