Cecilie Tenfjord-Toftby is a Senior Advisor at Diplomat Communications. She has more than 20 years of experience in politics and served 14 years as a member of parliament (Moderate Party) with various roles such as spokesperson for energy policy, chairman of the business committee of the Nordic Council and vice chairman for the Swedish delegation to the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference. Within the framework of the Baltic Sea cooperation, Cecilie has been chairman for the working groups Green Growth and Energy Efficiency in addition to Climate Change and Biodiversity. Cecilie has previously worked with communications in the public sector. She has a degree in journalism from the Norwegian Institute of Journalism in Oslo and studied media and communications at the University of Bergen.
