Elizabeth Inglin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in help desk and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at the Diocese of Trenton since February 2021, Elizabeth previously worked as a Windows 10 Upgrade Project Support Technician at First Pro, where responsibilities included setting up PCs and laptops for medical facilities, installing software, and providing onsite support. Prior experience includes roles as a Help Desk Specialist at Destination Maternity Corp, a PC Support Technician at DXC Technologies, and a Help Desk Team Lead at Pro Unlimited, where management of a global help desk team and end user support were key functions. Elizabeth holds a degree in Network Systems Professional from Cittone Institute.
