Fr. Brian Van Fossen serves as the Pastor for Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Faustina, as well as St. Joseph the Worker, within the Diocese of Scranton since August 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Chaplain at Marywood University and St. John Neuman Regional Academy, Assistant Pastor at St. Jude Parish, and Residence Hall Director at Kent State University. Fr. Van Fossen also directed Catholic Campus Ministry at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Theology from The Catholic University of America, a Master of Arts in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from PennWest Edinboro, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Scranton.
