Fran Denny has a diverse work experience in the field of public child welfare, with various positions in executive roles and clinical practice, program management, development, and public relations at Catholic Charities in Kalamazoo and Pittsburgh. Since 1988, Fran has served as the President and CEO of Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo.

Fran Denny completed a Bachelor of Social Welfare degree at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1968 to 1972. Subsequently, from 1978 to 1979, Fran pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
