Anders Emil Salvesen's work experience began in 2000 as a paper boy for Agderposten. Anders Emil then served in the Norwegian Army from January 2006 to November 2006 as part of the armoured battalion. From November 2006 to August 2007, they worked as a warehouse employee at Hattelco. Afterwards, they served as a postman for Posten Norge from August 2007 to June 2010. In 2009, they had a role as a company contact and banquet responsible for itDAGENE. Anders Emil then worked as a student assistant in Information Security at NTNU from January 2012 to May 2012. Following that, Salvesen joined Visma Consulting in August 2012 as a Senior Consultant in Mobile Solutions, focusing on making everything simpler and more accessible through app development and responsive design. At Visma Consulting, they later became a Lead Consultant in Java Solutions in July 2017, taking on responsibilities as a developer, tech lead, and Scrum Master. Anders Emil also led the Knowledge Sharing organization at Visma Consulting. Currently, Salvesen is working as a Developer at Dintero since August 2019.

Anders Emil Salvesen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2007 to 2012. Anders Emil obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Communications Technology. During their time at NTNU, they also pursued a Master's degree in Network Security at EURECOM from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Anders obtained a certification as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer in October 2012.
