Erdem Celik has a long history of work experience. Erdem began their career in 2013 as the Head of Media Buying Solutions at Google. In 2016, they moved to Facebook where they served as the Head of Sales. In 2020, they co-founded Dinlebi Sesli Kitap, and also became a Board Member at Teknasyon, a technology and marketing company. In 2021, they became a Founding Partner at Carbonaires, an Angel Investor at Deplike, and an Investor at Kompanion.

Erdem Celik has a diverse educational background. Erdem obtained their MBA from INSEAD in 2008 and their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University between 1996 and 2000.
