Lara Decker is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Lead at DINAMIQS since September 2024. Previously, Lara held the position of Engineering Manager at Pharmaplan (TTP Group) from March 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading interdisciplinary project teams, managing design and installation processes, and ensuring quality and risk management in biotech production projects. Prior to that, Lara gained experience as a Senior Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on bioprocess production facilities and collaborative projects with global clients. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Bioprocess Engineering from the same institution. Additional academic experience was obtained at ETH Zürich through the Swiss-European Mobility Program.
