Gerry Moscaritolo is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Recruiting at Dimensional Fund Advisors since January 2015, Gerry previously held the position of Staffing Director at Fidelity Investments from April 2007 to January 2015, where oversight of recruitment for the Intermediary distribution and Institutional business groups was essential. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Global Private Client Recruiting at Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2007.
