Pjerin Luli, MS, MBA has a wealth of professional experience. Pjerin started their career in 2003 as a Nuclear Physics Research Associate at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. In 2005, they moved on to become a Semiconductor Physics Research Associate at The College of William and Mary, where they invented a technique utilizing glass blowing with hydrogen torch to create quartz ampoules that can contain semiconductor samples. In 2008, they joined Visa Inc. as a Business Consultant, where they created a business plan for management and use of purchasing data from government facilities. In 2009, they joined Dilon Technologies Inc. as the Chief Commercial Officer US. Pjerin then moved on to become the Vice President Airway & Navigator Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, and finally the Vice President of Sales and Clinical Education. During their time as VP of Sales and Clinical Education, they grew the business from $1 million to $8 million, built out a sales team for surgical sales, developed sales training materials, and was responsible for the P&L of the sales force. Pjerin also had direct involvement in the product roadmap and designed and launched the new sterilizable surgical probe.
Pjerin Luli received a BS in Physics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005, followed by an MS in Physics from William & Mary in 2006. In 2009, they earned an MBA in Marketing from William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
