Tinotenda Mudunge has a diverse work experience history. In 2018, they worked as a Production Machine Operator at F&P Manufacturing for four months. Later that year, they served as a Junior Civil Engineer at Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro from August to December. In 2019, they worked as a Junior Civil Engineering Student at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador from May to August. In 2020, Tinotenda held two roles at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador: Junior Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Engineering Co-op Student. The positions lasted from January to April. Currently, Tinotenda is employed at Dillon Consulting Limited as a Civil Engineering in Training, starting in November 2021.

Tinotenda Mudunge completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2017 to 2021.
