Tracey Dudek currently serves as the Head of Operational Performance & Engagement at SSCL - Defence since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tracey held various positions at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, starting in November 2020 as the Engagement & Communication Lead and also serving as an Operations Manager. Tracey's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Capita from August 2007 to November 2020 as an Operations Manager focusing on Back Office administration and Life and Pensions administration. Additionally, Tracey worked as an Operations Manager at Resolution Life from August 2006 to August 2007 and held roles as both Operations Manager and Contact Center Team Manager at Santander UK from June 2000 to August 2006.
