Joanne Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in risk consultancy and team leadership. Currently serving as a Risk Consultant at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since April 2023, Joanne previously held the position of Maintenance Team Lead at Chepstow Plant International Ltd. from November 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that role, Joanne was a Team Leader at Monmouthshire Building Society for three years, from November 2019 to November 2022. Earlier in the career, Joanne worked as a GSC Trainer and Team Lead at Indigo-Belcom, where responsibilities included training and team management from August 2017 to November 2019.
