Jayakumar Subramanian is an experienced professional in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Diligent since April 2021, following the acquisition of Galvanize, where Jayakumar held the Manager title from June 2016 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Jayakumar worked as a Lead Engineer at Target from October 2007 to June 2016 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions from February 2004 to September 2008. Jayakumar holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Technology from Coimbatore Institute of Technology (1998-2001).
