Dóra Tompos is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including technology and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the HR Director for Hungary and Global HRBP Technology at Diligent since November 2024, Dóra previously held positions such as HR Director at NISZ Zrt., where leadership development programs and change management initiatives were key focus areas. Dóra's background includes serving as Head of HR at Oximio, where strategic HR alignment across ten countries was achieved, and HR Director at BHE Bonn Hungary, where business strategy and people agenda development were emphasized. Dóra also has experience as a business coach and held significant HR roles at SAP, where collaboration with senior leadership and talent acquisition was critical. Dóra holds degrees in Law from Károli Gáspár University and Human Resources Management from Corvinus University of Budapest.
