Ed Saddler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ed began their career in 1996 in the US Navy, where they served in the military for four years. Afterward, they worked as a Head Bartender at SMG from January 2017 to June 2019. In October 2018, Ed joined MyComputerCareer as an IT Specialist and worked there until May 2019. Ed then joined Seamless Solutions in August 2019 as an Information Technology Specialist, specifically assigned to Diligent Delivery Systems. Ed's most recent role is with Diligent Delivery Systems, where they have been serving as an Information Technology Level 2 Support since December 2020.

Ed Saddler attended Kaplan College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In addition to their formal education, Ed has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they obtained the Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute. In January 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals (MTA) certification from Microsoft. In February 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals (MTA) and Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (MTA) certifications from Microsoft. Finally, in June 2019, they obtained the CompTIA Server+ certification from CompTIA.
