Sabine Niederberghaus is a seasoned expert in real estate and leadership development, currently serving as an Expert & Advisor at Dilbeck Real Estate since June 2022. As the Owner and CEO of The Equine Leadership Program since January 2021, Sabine focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their goals through enhanced communication and relationship-building techniques. Also, Sabine founded The Esperanza Riding Academy, Inc. in January 2018, providing comprehensive horsemanship education to students of all ages. Educational accomplishments include an MBA in International Business from the University of Indiana, Bloomington, and a BBA in International Business from the University of Southern Indiana.
