Brenda Baker Hayden MSM is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, training, and customer service. Currently serving as a Planning Specialist and Customer Service Specialist at Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes since May 2018, Brenda also works as a Substitute Teacher for Wichita Public Schools since April 2012. Prior experience includes a role as a Corporate Trainer at Wichita Area Technical College from February 2015 to March 2017 and a lengthy tenure at AT&T, where Brenda held the position of Retired Manager for Consumer Markets Sales and Service from October 1977 to March 2012. Brenda holds a Master of Science in Management from Friends University.
