Kerim Yuksel, MSc. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT services improvement and innovation. As the Founder and Managing Director of Master of Service Academy since March 2016, Kerim focuses on enhancing customer experiences in IT services. Additionally, Kerim serves as Consulting Director at Digitopia and has been a contracted trainer and auditor for the British Standards Institution since March 2016, providing training across various industries. Kerim Yuksel also lectures on IT Service Management and Governance at Istanbul Bilgi University and has held several leadership roles in business development and project management across notable companies, including OBSS, noventum consulting, Turkcell Global Bilgi, Borusan Bilisim, and Alcatel-Lucent. With a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Kerim possesses a strong educational background to support a successful career in IT service management.
