Erin McCloskey has a diverse range of work experience, beginning with their current role as an Account Executive at Digitas Health. Prior to this, they worked at Omnicom Media Group, where they held the positions of Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive. Before that, Erin interned at both the Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC) as a Programming and Events Intern, and at Penn State Hillel as a Marketing and Brand Development Intern. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graphic Design and Media Intern at the Mollie Plotkin Group. Erin's early professional experience includes working as a Video Staff Member at VALLEY Magazine (Penn State).

Erin McCloskey attended Penn State University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Telecommunications. Prior to their time at the university, they attended The John Carroll School from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Erin also obtained certifications in Hootsuite Platform and Google Ads Display from Hootsuite and Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) respectively, in October 2020 and September 2020.
