Ittai Many has been working in the medical field since 2012. Ittai began their career as a Tactical UAV Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they commanded a tactical UAV team as a Second Lieutenant and had 1,000 flight hours as an operator or mission commander. In 2020, they took on a role as a Sleep Lab Technician at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, as well as a Clinical Research Assistant at Tel Aviv Medical Center. In 2021, they began working as a Medical Data Analyst at DigitalOwl.

Ittai Many attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Ittai then pursued a Doctor of Medicine at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2026.
