Kofi Osei is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud automation. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at DigitalOcean since April 2017, Kofi focuses on building storage-focused cloud automation tools. As the Founder and CTO of SolubleSoft Inc since September 2010, Kofi provides a wide range of web-related architecture and software development services across various technologies including Java, Scala, Python, and cloud services. Kofi’s previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Viafoura, where system-wide data migration from MySQL to Cassandra was architected, and Cassandra Architect at Element Fleet Management, where integration frameworks were developed. Early in the career, Kofi gained experience at multiple companies including marblemedia, Syncapse, badongo, and Instaclick, contributing significantly to backend development and server administration. Kofi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny College.
