Frederick Ampomah Boateng is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in frontend engineering and software development. Currently a Senior Frontend Engineer at DigitalOcean since June 2024, Frederick has held various roles including Software Consultant at Andela and Frontend Engineer at Dash. With a background in software engineering from Jobvite, Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited, Vodafone, and ZipX, Frederick also co-founded Aidahbot, serving as the lead Frontend Engineer and Product Manager. Additionally, Frederick has experience as a Developer and Blogger for Ghana Agenda and as an IT Officer for Ghana Library Authority. An alumnus of the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Information Studies, Frederick furthered education through MEST Africa and freeCodeCamp, obtaining certifications in Business and Software Development as well as Full Stack Web Development.
