Shokhi Goel is a Resident Doctor at Mount Sinai Health System since 2020, and serves as an Associate at BR Venture Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund operated by Cornell University graduate students, since October 2018. Previously, Shokhi completed a fellowship in Healthcare Leadership and Management at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 2016, focusing on developing managerial and leadership skills in healthcare. As the Founder of Health NOW at Indiana University Bloomington from 2013 to 2015, Shokhi promoted physical and mental health awareness through community service. Shokhi has also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Indiana University School of Medicine and as a Research Intern at the National Institutes of Health. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University, an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University, and an educational experience at Duke University in Geneva, Switzerland.
