Joachim Wasilewski has extensive experience in process automation and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Deputy Head of PMO and RPA Team Manager at Digital Workforce since July 2017, Wasilewski has also worked as a Robotic Process Automation Developer. Prior to this role, Wasilewski gained valuable experience at DHL from 2013 to 2017 as a Support Specialist, focusing on process automation and technical support, as well as a CS Performance Analyst, where responsibilities included reporting and forecasting. Earlier experience with DHL Express Poland from 2011 to 2013 included a position as Service Desk Adviser, further enhancing expertise in customer service and technical support.
