Chris Cairns serves as the Founder and CEO of Skylight, a digital consultancy aimed at enhancing public service delivery through design and technology since June 2017. In addition to this role, Chris co-founded the Digital Services Coalition in August 2018 to promote government digital transformation. Previous experience includes leadership positions such as co-founder at 18F, where the digital services business expanded significantly, and a Presidential Innovation Fellow role advising the U.S. government. Chris co-founded True North Equities and directed a portfolio of companies, while early career roles spanned senior management consulting at SAIC and IBM, focusing on IT strategy and innovative technology solutions. Chris holds triple degrees from Penn State University and further education from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
