Katie Walters is currently a Senior Product Manager at Digital Scientists. Prior to this, they served as the Senior CRM Product Manager at North Point Ministries, Inc., where they were responsible for the development and high level technical support of the organization's current CRM. Katie was also the Product Manager of the CRM open-sourced software, working directly with clients to create user stories and business requirements. As the technical lead of a large million dollar project, they launched an electronic check-in app for the organization, using Agile Kanban approach. Katie has also worked as the Web Manager at Kids II and the Internet Marketing Specialist at In Touch Ministries.

Katie Walters has a Bachelor of Science from Alliance University and is certified in ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner from Georgia Tech Professional Education and Platinum Edge.
