Erika Lurtz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, project management, and financial services. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Eplan Solar since September 2022, Erika represents Electraplan Hungary, a leading manufacturer of mounting systems for photovoltaic systems. Concurrently, Erika is involved in Digital Nation as a Digital Explorer, participating in a national program focused on IT and digital skills development. From 2019 to 2022, Erika held various roles in project management and business development across organizations such as RMOHu and ITPlusCluster, focusing on renewable energy, waste management, and social care initiatives. Previous experiences include managing director roles at BIBAS GROUP and Espresso System Group, as well as significant positions at OTP Bank Romania, where Erika specialized in private banking, service quality, and internal management. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Regional Economics and Rural Development from Babes-Bolyai University, along with qualifications in Finance and Capital Markets and Economics.
