Joe Westover

Director, Customer Experience and Strategy (CXS) at Digital Health Summit

Joe Westover has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe is currently the Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at ARIN since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at ARIN from March 2020 to January 2023. Before joining ARIN, Joe was the Founder and Managing Member of Hacking Quality, LLC, which they started in 2018. In this role, they focused on improving operational efficiencies and advocating for the continual improvement of processes. Joe also worked as a Management Consultant and Strategist in a self-employed capacity from 2018 to 2020.

Joe's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Process Operations at Charter Communications from 2015 to 2017, Senior Management Consultant at Time Warner Cable from 2010 to 2015, and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2008 to 2010. Joe also worked as Senior QA Manager at Tata Communications (formerly Teleglobe) in 2007 and Release Manager/Project Manager at Fannie Mae in 2006. Earlier in their career, Joe held positions such as Senior Implementation Engineer at Teleglobe in 2001 and Internet Engineer at Cable & Wireless Communications from 1999 to 2001.

Joe Westover graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Joe obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in April 2011.
