Garth Dubin has extensive experience in software engineering and management. Garth currently works at ARIN as a Software Engineering Manager since December 2019. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Software Engineer at AVXTEL, LLC from September 2018 to December 2019.

Garth also has a long history with ARIN where they served as a Software Integration Manager from September 2014 to September 2018, and as a Sr. Software Engineer from March 2008 to September 2014.

Before joining ARIN, Garth was a Sr. Software Engineer at BIAP, Inc. where they assisted in the development and maintenance of interactive TV applications and SDKs from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Mobile 365 from 2004 to 2006, developing a subscription management system and providing support for high-profile mobile services.

Garth's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Plexus Scientific from 2003 to 2004, at BIAP Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, and as an Associate Software Engineer at Genesis Software Corporation from 1998 to 2001.

Garth Dubin attended George Mason University from 1999 to 2006, where they studied Computer Science but did not obtain a degree. Garth then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at Strayer University from 2006 to 2009.
