Lechisa Assefa is a seasoned professional with experience in agricultural development and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Field Coordinator at Digital Green since July 2023, Lechisa previously held the position of Coffee Business Advisor at HUNDEE - Oromo Grassroot Development Initiatives from July 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes leading the Agricultural Office at the Government Office of Agriculture in Limu Seka Woreda from October 2013 to June 2019. Lechisa holds a Master's degree in Research and Development Management from Oromia State University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Rural Development from Yardstick International College (2011-2014).
