Mike Pelstring is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, LiDAR development, and quantum computing technologies. Currently serving as Vice President of NPI, Program Management and Test at Digital Dynamics, Inc., Mike leads efforts in semiconductor manufacturing I/O control. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at Quanergy, Manufacturing Technologist at Eos Energy Enterprises, and Senior Vice President of Quantum Processor Systems Engineering at Rigetti Computing. Mike's career also includes significant contributions to hardware development at HGST, NovaTorque, and Seagate Technology, with a focus on product development and operational efficiency. An educator in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Mike holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
