Dr. Sun Ta-Chien was appointed as executive Director on December 24, 2022. He is a professor of the Graduate School of Financial Management of CTBC Business School and a director of Blockchain Application and Development Institute. Dr. Sun was a former member of the Legislative Yuan of Taiwan for over 10 years. He is experienced in financial technology and blockchain application and development.

Dr. Sun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He also has a Master’s Degree of Arts in International Relations and a Ph.D. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering both from The Ohio State University.
